We turn camera images into data to understand what happens in your business. **We find opportunities to improve and automate daily tasks with artificial intelligence.**

Technology changes. **The goal is to make things simpler for you.**

- With the tools you already use
- Control over your data
- Improvements we can measure

## Measuring is the start. Improving is the goal.

We help you know what's happening, spot where time is lost and make everyday tasks simpler. We start with what your business needs.

### Measure what happens

Computer vision

We use artificial intelligence to measure what your cameras show: how many people come in, the paths they take, where they stop and how long they wait or spend being served.

- Entries and exits
- Paths
- Wait times

### Find what to improve

Data and process analysis

We turn that data into answers: when you need more staff serving customers, where delays form and which processes are worth changing.

- Busiest times
- Delays
- Clear reports

### Automate tasks

AI agents

We build AI programs that handle daily tasks automatically: they gather information, prepare reports and answer questions. That way your team spends less time on repetitive work.

- Administrative tasks
- Automatic reports
- Common questions

You can start by measuring, improving a process or automating a task. When it makes sense, we connect it all: from your camera data to a report that prepares itself.

### What we can measure. How it helps you.

We choose the measurements based on your space and your questions. Then an AI agent can prepare reports, flag changes or get tasks ready for your team.

First we test it with your cameras. The image, the location and the available data determine which measurements are possible.

#### How many people come in — Plan hours and staff

- **What we measure:** Entries and exits, visits by time of day and changes between days. With well-defined areas, we can also estimate how many people are inside.
- **What you can decide:** At what times to add staff and how to plan shifts. If we add sales data, we can compare visits and purchases.
- **What we automate:** A daily activity report and alerts when a level we set together is exceeded.

Counting entries is not the same as counting unique customers or sales.

#### Where people move — Improve the layout of the space

- **What we measure:** Paths within the image, passes through each area and time spent there.
- **What you can decide:** Where to improve signage, clear a walkway or move a display.
- **What we automate:** A summary of the most and least visited areas, and a comparison after each change.

Tracking depends on what the camera sees; it does not mean recognizing a person across different cameras.

#### Where they stop — Assess areas and displays

- **What we measure:** Heat maps: areas where more people gather or stay longer. We can compare visits and time spent by area.
- **What you can decide:** Which displays to try in another spot, where to give more space and which areas are worth reviewing.
- **What we automate:** A regular report and before-and-after comparisons when the layout changes.

Standing near a product doesn't confirm that the person is looking at it, likes it or will buy it.

#### How long they wait — Reduce lines and delays

- **What we measure:** Number of people in line and estimated wait time: average, longest waits and the times with the most delay.
- **What you can decide:** When to add staff, open another counter or reorganize a line.
- **What we automate:** Alerts when a wait goes over an agreed limit, and reports to check whether changes reduce delays.

We define where the wait starts and ends, and check that the camera can follow that path.

#### How long service takes — Find the steps that take the longest

- **What we measure:** Estimated time in a service area, workstation use and differences between times of day. We agree on what event marks the start and the end.
- **What you can decide:** Which part of the process to review, how to arrange workstations and which tasks to support your team with.
- **What we automate:** A summary of times and a list of changes to review with the person in charge.

Time spent in an area does not, on its own, prove that service was completed or how good it was. We can add system records to check.

#### Who your visitors are — Look at general trends

- **What we can estimate:** Approximate breakdown by age range and gender appearance —for example, male or female— in images that allow this analysis.
- **What you can decide:** Which offer, messaging or layout is worth testing for the observed visitors, together with your sales data and your team's experience.
- **What we automate:** Trend reports by time of day or period, with grouped results and a category for cases that can't be estimated.

Assessed project by project. These are estimates that can be wrong: appearance does not determine a person's exact age or gender. They are not used to identify people or to decide how to treat any particular person.

### What can an agent do for you?

An agent is an AI program that uses your data and tools to do a task. It can work at an agreed time, when new information comes in or when you ask it to.

These are projects we can design with you. First we review your systems and test one task; you don't need to implement all of them.

How we connect it to your business ↗

#### Reports on your business — See what matters without gathering data by hand

- **What it connects to:** Your spreadsheets, management system, sales and camera reports, depending on what you use.
- **What it does for you:** It gathers the information, compares periods and prepares a daily or weekly summary with changes and pending items.
- **What we measure:** Preparation time, reports delivered on time and corrections the team needs.
- **How it helps you:** Spot delays or changes in activity and decide where to put time and staff.

We start with the data available and one specific report. It doesn't make up sales or results that aren't recorded.

#### Competitor prices — Compare better before changing your prices

- **What it connects to:** Your catalog, costs and prices; supplier lists and competitor sources that allow their data to be checked.
- **What it does for you:** It compares equivalent products, spots price changes and prepares a list of differences for you to review.
- **What we measure:** Price difference per product, changes detected and estimated margin when we have your costs.
- **How it helps you:** Choose which prices to review, where to try a promotion and which products shouldn't be discounted without checking the margin.

We check variants, quantities, shipping and taxes so we compare like with like. Not every website allows its prices to be collected. Changes to your catalog stay under your control.

#### Your website's search ranking — Find ways for people to discover you

- **What it connects to:** Your site and Google Search Console, the tool that shows how your website appears in searches. Also your inquiries or sales, if they're recorded.
- **What it does for you:** It reviews which pages get visits, finds problems and prepares improvements to titles, text and FAQs for you to approve.
- **What we measure:** How often you appear on Google, clicks received, pages that bring in visits and inquiries that can be linked to them.
- **How it helps you:** Choose which pages to improve first and check whether the changes bring visits that are useful for the business.

We don't promise the top spot on Google. We measure changes over time; texts and posts are reviewed before they go live.

#### Payments, expenses and due dates — See more clearly what comes in, what goes out and what's still owed to you

- **What it connects to:** Your invoices, accounts receivable, expenses and transactions, exported or accessible from the system you use.
- **What it does for you:** It sorts due dates, flags pending payments or mismatches between records, and prepares summaries and reminders for review.
- **What we measure:** Overdue amounts, days late, upcoming payments and how recorded income and expenses change over time.
- **How it helps you:** Prioritize payment follow-ups, spot expenses to review and plan ahead for upcoming payments.

Calculations use your records and can be checked. The agent doesn't move money or replace your accountant's review. An expected payment is not shown as available money.

#### Customer and team questions — Answer repeated questions with your data

- **What it connects to:** Documents, catalog, order status and the email or support channel we agree on, if it allows a connection.
- **What it does for you:** It looks up the information and drafts answers. Questions we define as simple can be answered automatically; the rest go to a person.
- **What we measure:** Response time, questions resolved, cases passed on and errors found in review.
- **How it helps you:** Cut down on repeated searches, organize customer service and spot questions that should be explained better.

We test the answers with your information. If something is missing or the case falls outside what we agreed on, it asks for help instead of guessing.

#### Stock and restocking — If you sell products: review what to buy and when

- **What it connects to:** Your inventory, sales, pending orders and supplier lead times.
- **What it does for you:** It flags products running low, spots slow-moving stock and prepares a restocking proposal.
- **What we measure:** Units available, sales pace, stockouts and estimated days of stock based on recorded sales.
- **How it helps you:** Prioritize purchases and review products taking up space without selling. You can compare whether stockouts go down after an adjustment.

It needs up-to-date inventory. The proposal doesn't place orders automatically: your team reviews quantities, costs and terms.

### AI doesn't have to work on its own.

We can connect cameras, spreadsheets, documents and management systems so information reaches the task that needs it.

- We review what you useWhat software you have, where the data is and what task you want to solve.
- We choose how to connect itIf the system allows a direct connection, we use it with the necessary permissions. If not, we look at exported files or reports.
- We test and measureWe compare time, errors and quality against the way you work today. You choose what stays automatic and what gets reviewed.

For example: the cameras detect a long wait, an agent prepares the alert and the person in charge decides whether to add staff. It can also generate a report afterward to check what changed.

## From what happens to what you can improve.

Thirty seconds is enough to show the idea: count movement, see where the wait builds up and turn that data into decisions for your business.

01 / ENTRANCE30 s · no audio

### How many people come in?

- **Entries:** 4

- **Exits:** 2

- **Clip:** 30 s

WHAT WE CAN MEASURE

Entries and exits by time of day. With a longer period, spot the busiest moments and compare days.

WHAT YOU CAN DECIDE

When to add staff, adjust hours or check whether a campaign lines up with more visits.

HOW WE CONNECT IT WITH AGENTS

We can prepare a regular report, compare periods and alert you when foot traffic goes over the level we set.

#### What this clip tells us

We see 6 crossings: 4 in and 2 out. These are movements, not 6 different customers. This count doesn't show how many people were inside or how many bought something. To link it to sales, we need data from the management system.

02 / SERVICE30 s · no audio

### Where does the wait build up?

- **People in line:** 6+

- **Being served:** 1

- **Observed wait:** 30 s

WHAT WE CAN MEASURE

People in line and wait time. With the full path in view and a well-placed camera, also measure how long service takes.

WHAT YOU CAN DECIDE

When to consider extra staff, reorganize shifts or change the line layout to keep people from piling up.

HOW WE CONNECT IT WITH AGENTS

We can send alerts when the line or the wait goes over a threshold, and collect those moments in a report for the person in charge.

#### What this clip tells us

At least six people stay in line during the clip, and one customer is being served at the nearest checkout. The line continues past the edge of the frame, so we show a visible minimum. The wait started earlier: these 30 seconds are only the part we show. We don't calculate an average wait or a full service time from this video.

Clips from our work with Storevision, taken at different times. They illustrate possible measurements and uses; they are not a guarantee of accuracy for every camera. Each installation is calibrated and tested in its own setting.

**Measuring is the start.** We can combine this data with your systems and automate the report, alert or task your team needs.

## What it looks like day to day.

A few examples of how data and artificial intelligence can help you organize work and save time.

VISION + ANALYTICS + AGENTS

### When do you need more staff?

Cameras help measure how many people come in and how long they wait. With that data, we can find the times that need more staff and prepare an automatic report for your team.

- **What we measure:** People by time of day and wait time.
- **To decide:** When to add staff.

- 01Measure entries and waitsCount people and measure how long they wait in the areas we define.
- 02Find the busiest hoursCompare times of day to see when delays build up the most.
- 03Get an automatic reportSchedule a regular summary to help you organize customer service.

Your team decides what changes to make.

These are examples, not client results. We review what can be done with your cameras, data and tools before we start.

## You know your business. We know the technology.

We choose the right tools for each task. You don't need to know these names to work with us.

**Tools are chosen based on what you need.**

We already build image analysis systems. The tools for automating tasks are tested with a specific case from each business.

TECHNOLOGY WORKING FOR YOUR BUSINESS.

## First, we understand how you work.

We look for one concrete improvement, test it in your business, and measure whether it helps before moving forward.

01↗

### We choose what to improve

We review which tasks take time, where there are delays and what information you're missing to make decisions.

02↗

### We put it to the test

We run a small test with your data and tools. We check whether it works and whether it saves you work.

03↗

### We make it part of daily work

We connect the solution to your tools and help your team use it. Then we review the results.

**You decide what runs on its own and what gets reviewed.**

We agree on which tasks the AI can do automatically and which ones need your approval.

## You might be wondering about this.

#### Do I need to change my cameras or systems?

First we review what you already have. We can use recordings or compatible cameras. Camera position and image quality determine what we can measure. We also check what can connect to your current software.

#### What is an AI agent?

It's an AI program that can do a task for you using your business's information and tools. For example, gathering the week's data and preparing a report automatically. We tell it what to do, what information it can access and when it has to ask for your approval.

#### Do I need cameras to automate tasks?

No. We can automate tasks with documents, spreadsheets and software you already use. Cameras are another source of information when they help solve the problem. We choose what your case needs.

#### Does my data have to leave my company?

Depending on the task, the information can be processed on your own equipment or on an online service. Before we start, we agree on where it's stored, who can see it and whether it needs to leave your company.

#### How does a project start, and how much does it cost?

First you tell us what you want to improve. We review your cameras, data or tasks and propose a test with a quote. The cost depends on the work to automate, the tools that need connecting and the equipment required.

## Something could work better. Let's start there.

What task takes up too much of your time? What would you like to know about your business? Tell us, and we'll see how we can help.

Let's start with what you want to improve.

You don't need to know what technology to use. We can start with a repetitive task, a delay or a question you can't answer today.

You don't need to bring the solution. The question is enough.
